This dialog can be used to carry out one-way ANOVA analysis. To open this dialog, select Statistics:ANOVA:One-Way Repeated Measures ANOVA from Origin menu.

Set the drop-down list to Raw or Indexed.

Indexed

In this mode, one column contains levels of the factor variable and the corresponding response data are in another column.

Notes: To learn more about how indexed data should be set up for repeated measure ANOVA., refer to the FAQ
Factor
Specify the factor column. Note that the factor column will be set as categorical if Text column.
Data
Specify the response data column.
Subject
Specify the subject column.
Raw

In this mode, response data from each level of the factor variable are stored in a separate column.

Specify the level numbers. And each level will have its own Leveli controls. Note that the system variable @AML can be used to control the max number of supported levels for ANOVA, which is 25 by default. You can change the maximum number of levels by assigning new values to the @AML variable.

The destination worksheet, always <new>.
Result Log
Use this check box to Specify whether to output the report to Result Log.
Script Window
Use this check box to specify whether to output the report to Script Window.
Notes Window
Use this drop-down list to specify the destination Notes Window:
  • <none>: Do not output to any Notes window.
  • <new>: Output to a new Notes window. You can enter the desired name of the Note window here.
Plot Data

Specifies the destination of plot values.

Specifies the plot values workbook.
  • <auto>: Follows Report Tables book settings unless you've set Book=<none>.
  • <source>: The source data workbook.

  • <new>: A new workbook.
  • <existing>: A specified existing workbook.
Sheet
The destination worksheet, always <new>.
