Statistical process control (SPC) or statistical quality control (SQC) is the application of statistical techniques to measure, monitor and control the quality of a process.

  Statistical process control or statistical quality control is the application of statistical techniques to measure, monitor and control the quality of a process. This app provides the related tools to help user on improving quality and predicting the behaviour of the process.
  Tools include for helping user on the purpose:

  • Identify Data Distribution

  • Capability Analysis

  • Process Overview

  • Data Transformation

  • Control Charts

    • Variables Charts for Subgroups

    • Variables Charts for Individuals

    • Attributes Charts

    • Time-Weighted Charts

• Installation
  Download the file "Statistical Process Control.opx", and then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. An icon will appear in the Apps gallery window.

• Operation

  1. Import desired data into a worksheet. 

  2. With worksheet active, click the icon in the Apps Gallery window.

  3. In the pop up dialog, clicking the corresponding tab for the tools you want to use.

  4. Under the selected tab, click the big icon button to start the specific tool for the puspose.

  5. Another dialog will open for you to change the settings

  6. Click OK button and get the results.
