Matrix: Generate Grid

Create 2 grid matrices with xy coordinates from input matrix

1. mxy2grid -r 2 ims:=[MBook1]MSheet1;

2. mxy2grid -r 1 x:=x+2;

Output Matrix	oms	Input MatrixLayer	<new>	Specifies the output matrix. Output Matrix dimension and XY mapping will be same as input Matrix, and the Z label will copy from input Matrix XY labels.
