Col Factor cols

Specifies a factor to reduce the number of columns. For example, if Col Factor is 2, the number of columns in the output matrix will be half of the number of columns in the input matrix.

Row Factor rows

Specifies a factor to reduce the number of rows. For example, if Row Factor is 2, the number of rows in the output matrix will be half of the number of rows in the input matrix.
