Description

This function returns the zero order Bessel function of second kind and has the following form:

Y0(x)

The formula for the equation is:

Y_0(x)=\lim_{v \rightarrow 0} Y_0(v, 0)

where

Y_0(v,0)=\frac{J_{0}(x,v)\cos(v\pi)-J_{0}(x,-v)}{sin(v\pi)}
