Mini toolbar on page level to show/hide legend for all layers

In Object Manager window, toggle is added on mini toolbar when selecting multiple objects of same type. E.g. choose to Show Graph Objects on title bar to list legends, titles, labels, graphic objects, etc. Right click a legend and choose Select All of Same Type. On the Mini toolbar that shows, there is icon to turn on/off objects of same type.
