1. There is color scale, whose levels are set to Min/Max of -0.00396/0.00396 at 8 levels, which is an increment of 9.9E-4. The labels are set to display Scientific Notation.
   ==>The colorscale rounds up this major level value to 10x10^-4 which is incorrect because this is not proper scientific notation. It should be 1x10^-3.

2. Change the min/max to -0.004/0.004
   -->No issue, the level label is correctly set to 1x10^-3.
