Right-click on the column label row headings and choose Add User Parameters from the shortcut menu to open dialog, you can click the flyout menu to pick from a list of common statistics to apply cell formula for the newly added label.
From 2026, you can also select More... to open the Custom Formula dialog, edit your user-defined formula and Save it. The user-defined formula will then appear in the list for re-use.
