Excel: In Excel, Ctrl+` to show formula. Select the cells and Ctrl+C. In Origin, right click a cell and choose Paste (Keep Excel Formula). The context menu will not show if you didn’t turn on formula mode in Excel to copy.
Google Sheet: In google sheet, Ctrl+` to show formula first. Select the cells and Ctrl+C. In Origin, Ctrl+V to paste with formula kept.
Note: Since Excel localizes function name in German, this feature is not available in the German version.
Known issue
Excel uses different function names in Germany and some other countries for localization, allowing users to work with functions written in their native language. See below sample,

Copying and pasting such formula into Origin will result in #NAME? error most time since Origin doesn’t recognize them.
