1. Technical Support Representative
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide product and licensing support to our customers by diagnosing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Help QA and Development teams with product feature development and testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering
- Strong desire to help customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- This position requires you to work full time from our office in Northampton, MA

2. Entry-Level C++ Software Programmer - Scientific Computing
Responsibilities Include:
- Write and maintain clear, well-organized sample codes for Origin C/C++ documentation.
- Refactor and optimize existing C/C++ code to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Design, implement, and maintain unit tests for core computational modules
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics, or a related field
- Must have some C++ programming skills
- Good in writing documentation
- This position requires you to work full time from our office in Northampton, MA

3. Technical Product Analyst
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare list of videos, web pages and blogs to promote our products
- Talk to potential customers about product from sales point of view
- Conduct product webinars for distributors and customers
- Attend tradeshows
- Help organize product development
Requirements:
- MS or PhD in Science
- Prior knowledge of Origin software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
