Purpose
This app is capable of creating Youden Plot for analyzing inter-laboratory data and compare both the within-laboratory variability and the between-laboratory variability.
Installation
Download the file "Youden_Plot.opx", and then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. An icon will appear in the Apps gallery window.
Settings
- Input: Select the XY range for the first and second sample
- Group (optional): Specify whether to identify subgroups in the plot and select only one column for the group if yes.
- Areas - Circles: 90%, 95% or 99% coverage probability: Draw circles that include 90%, 95% or 99% of the laboratories
- Areas - Rectangles:1 SD, 2SD or 3SD: draws rectangles representing 1, 2 or 3 SD on both the x-axis and y-axis.
- Diagonal Line: Specify whether to draw a diagonal reference line
- Output (optional): Specify the result worksheet and graph
Hint
We can use Outlier Detector App to detect outliers automatically and exclude them before creating a Youden plot.
