PURPOSE
This app can be used to import Flow Cytometry Standard file (.fcs file).
INSTALLATION
Download the file Flow_Cytometry_Standard_Connector.opx, and then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. An icon will appear in the Apps Gallery window’s Connector tab.
You can launch the app from the Data menu or from the App icon in the Connector tab of the Apps Gallery, located at the right-side of the Origin workspace.
OPERATION
- With the worksheet active, click on the Data menu, and select Connect to File: Flow Cytometry. Choose an fcs file and click OK.
- In the opened Flow Cytometry Connector Options dialog, select Channel Values or Scale Values from the Values dropdown list. Check Show Measurement Info checkbox, it will add each variable's info to column's User Defined Parameter label rows. Click OK button, variables in the file will be imported in Origin’s worksheet.
