Plot phylogenetic tree, swap subtrees and reroot tree from a node.

Purpose
This app imports phylogenetic tree and plot it as retangular phylogram. You can swap subtrees or reroot with a selected node.

Installation
Download the file, then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. An icon will appear in the Apps gallery window.

Operation

1. Click the icon in the Apps Gallery window to open a browse dialog. 
2. Select a data file (*.dnd, *.ph, *.nex, *.nxs, or *.txt) and click OK to plot a graph.
3. Activate the graph page. Move cursor to a node and right click on it. 
4. In the context menu, click Swap Subtrees, Reroot with This Node or Reset Tree to change the phylogenetic tree.

Sample OPJU File
This app provides a sample OPJU file and a data file. Right click on the app icon in the Apps Gallery window, and choose Show Samples Folder from the short-cut menu. A folder will open. Drag-and-drop the project file PhylogeneticTreeSample.opju from the folder onto Origin. The Notes window in the project shows detailed steps.
Note: If you wish to save the OPJU after changing, it is recommended that you save to a different folder location (e.g. User Files Folder).
