Purpose
This app creates Forest Plot, with optional weight for each study.
Installation
Download the file "ForstPlot.opx", and then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. An icon will appear in the Apps gallery window.
Operation
- Click the app icon to open the dialog.
- Select your input for odds ratio, upper/lower confidence limit, and optional weight column.
- You can ask the tool to calculate the weighted overall mean for you, or provide your own value.
- Choose linear/log scale for the graph.
