Description:

INSTALLATION
Download the Import Tektronix WFM Files.opx, and then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. An icon will appear in the Apps Gallery window.

OPERATION

  1. Click the Import Tektronix WFM Files icon, and select Tektronix WFM file(s) to open.
  2. Change Import Options as necessary.
  3. Click OK to load YT data into Origin.

Supported instrument series: MSO70000/C, DSA70000/B/C, DPO70000/B/C, DPO7000, MSO/DPO5000, TDS5000/B, TDS6000/B/C, TDS/CSA7000/B.

Updates:

1.1 Fix bug of loading WFM#001 data.
