PURPOSE
This app can be used to connect Landt cex files.
INSTALLATION
Download the file Landt_CEX_Connector.opx, and then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. An icon will appear in the Apps Gallery window.
This app calls the dll (v7.4.7.2) downloaded in the web: https://landtinst.com/ . It can support file version 3.3.0 .
OPERATION
- Make a worksheet active. Click on the Data menu.
- To connect to a local file, click Data: Connect to File: Landt CEX and select the file. To connect to web data, click Data: Connect to Web and enter the URL.
- Once a connector is added, click the connector icon in the upper-left corner of the book to open a popup menu with various commands.
- By default, connector-imported data are NOT saved with the project file. To save a book’s data with the project file, click the connector icon in the upper-left corner for that book and uncheck Exclude Imported When Saving. Note that each book has its own Exclude setting.
SAMPLE DATA FILE
This app provides a sample data file. Right click on the Landt CEX Connector icon in the Apps Gallery window, and choose Show Samples Folder from the short-cut menu. A folder will open. Select Data: Connect to File: Landt CEX from Origin menu, and import the Sample.cex file in the folder.
